The Kitchen Rescue is a UK temporary kitchen hire company. A kitchen pod is delivered to the customer's driveway so they can cook, wash up and run a washing machine while their own kitchen is being renovated, or after fire, flood or other insurance damage.

## What is included

Each pod includes a 4-ring induction hob, a full-size oven with grill, a sink with hot and cold water, a large fridge freezer, a full-size dishwasher, a washing machine, LED lighting and sockets. Internal size is 3.6m x 1.8m x 2.2m. A typical install takes 2–3 hours. The pod sits on private land, such as a driveway, and is not parked on a public road.

The customer needs two RCD-protected household double sockets within 25 metres, an outdoor tap within 25 metres, and a drain within 9 metres. A pump may be possible if the drain is further.

## Price

Hire is £55 per day for 1 week, £40 per day for 2 weeks, and £35 per day for 3 weeks or longer. Minimum hire is 7 days. A £250 security deposit reserves the booking and is refunded after the pod is returned in the same condition. Delivery and collection are quoted separately, from £150 (£75 delivery and £75 collection).
